2026년 3월 31일, 미국 특허심판원(PTAB)은 CVC와 브로드 연구소 간 저촉심사(106,115)의 3월 26일자 특허심판원 판결(Decision on Remand)에 따라 당사와 브로드 연구소 간의 저촉심사(106,126)에 대한 절차 유예를 해제하고, 본격적인 선발명자 결정 단계로 진입한다고 밝혔습니다.
